HELIXDRIVE

Food supplement with vitamin E and resveratrol
30 capsules | Net content 18.30 g

Description

HELIXDRIVE is a food supplement that aims to protect DNA and other cellular structures from oxidative stress damage through the antioxidant properties of its constituents.

Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells (in particular, DNA, proteins and lipids) from oxidative stress1. 1 capsule of HELIXDRIVE contains a dose of vitamin E corresponding to 100% of the reference nutritional values (NRV), equal to 12 mg2.

Numerous scientific studies have also associated antioxidant properties with Resveratrol, a natural polyphenol capable of promoting anti-inflammatory and antitumor effects3. In particular, Resveratrol has been associated with the epigenetic regulation of tumor suppressor genes4.

Rhubarb extract is added to support the action of Resveratrol by virtue of the presence of emodin, an anthraquinone in turn associated with the epigenetic regulation of genes involved in the development of tumors4,5. The dosage has been optimized to avoid the effects deriving from the laxative activity of the plant.

Ingredients: Polygonum (Polygonum cuspidatum Siebold&Zucc.) root d.e. (98% Resveratrol), Rhubarb (Rheum palmatum L.) root d.e. (5% Rein), edible gelatin (capsule shell), maltodextrin, Vitamin E (DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate), Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; dyes: iron oxides and hydroxides.
